My idea for a short film narrative is the aftermath of a kidnapping. A young girl has been kidnapped by a classmate and is being held in a basement. The video could show the girl trying to escape and fighting with her kidnapper, eventually finding a weapon and injuring him enough to escape. Some shots would include silhouettes/shadows of the characters fighting so we see the action in a restricted way to add to the mystery of the story and tension. These shots can be lit by a studio light and be shown against a white wall. The victim could also be tied up in the beginning to set the scene.
